4. Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain services are offered through recurring memberships or subscriptions.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Lagree South LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen membership plan until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Membership fees are billed in advance.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If a payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership until payment is received.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Prices are subject to change. If membership pricing changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Cancellation Policy

Members are encouraged to arrive before class begins. Entry may be denied after class has started for safety reasons.

By participating in our classes, you represent that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities.
You agree to:
Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy that may affect participation.
Follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules.
Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Participation is at your own risk.
10. Assumption of Risk
Exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By participating in our classes or using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, mobile applications, logos, branding, videos, photographs, graphics, class materials, and other content are owned by Lagree South LLC or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Harass staff or other members.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lagree South LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
